Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms form the basis of the relationship between Arifa Laundry and its clients. Specific commercial arrangements may be set out in a separate service agreement, which takes precedence where there is any conflict with these terms.

2. Our services

We provide commercial and industrial laundry services, which may include:

• Washing, drying, and finishing of linens, towels, and garments.
• Scheduled collection and delivery, where agreed.
• Specialist dry cleaning and related services as quoted.

3. Quotations & pricing

Quotations are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated. Pricing may be adjusted where actual volumes, item types, or service requirements differ materially from those quoted.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate item counts, flagging delicate or specialist items, and ensuring goods are free of hazardous materials. Please notify us promptly of any discrepancy so it can be resolved fairly.

5. Liability

We take great care with every item entrusted to us. Our liability for loss or damage is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement. We are not responsible for damage arising from undisclosed item characteristics or pre-existing defects.

6. Payment terms

Invoices are payable within the period agreed in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services where accounts remain overdue, following reasonable notice.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
