We provide commercial and industrial laundry for hotels and resorts, hospitals and clinics, restaurants, and other large organisations that need linen and uniforms washed at volume.
Which areas do you cover?
We operate from two factories in Taman Ekoperniagaan, Johor Bahru, and serve clients across Johor with scheduled collection and delivery.
How much laundry can you handle?
Our machines take around 100 kg per load and we process up to 25 tonnes per day, with spare capacity to absorb peaks in demand.
Do you collect and deliver?
Yes. We collect from your premises and return clean, folded linen on an agreed routine, a regular daily or weekly schedule that fits how you operate.
How do you handle hospital and healthcare linen?
Ward linen and uniforms are processed with clean and soiled items kept strictly apart, to the hygiene standards healthcare requires.
What is the typical turnaround?
Turnaround follows the schedule we agree with you. Most clients run a fixed collection and delivery routine so linen is always supplied when they need it.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
Yes. We handle delicate and specialist garments with care, checked by hand and returned pressed and ready to wear.
How is pricing worked out?
Pricing is based on your volumes, items, and schedule. Tell us how you operate and we will put together a service and quote that fits.
Is there a minimum volume to work with you?
We are set up for commercial volumes, but we would rather understand what you run first. Tell us your linen and schedule and we will propose an arrangement that fits.
Can you handle sudden spikes or urgent requests?
Yes. We keep spare machine capacity and run around the clock, so we can absorb peak demand and short-notice requests without your supply stalling.
Do we need to sign a long contract?
We work to whatever suits your operation. Most clients run a regular routine, and we are happy to start with a trial period so you can see the service before committing.
How do we switch from our current laundry?
We plan the changeover with you so there is no gap in supply, agreeing collection and delivery slots up front and ramping volumes across the first cycles.
